Our history
For us, Lezser Bárkonyha is not just a business, but a shared project, a shared responsibility and a shared joy. In the long term, we want to build a place that is good to return to – and where guests feel like they are part of an evolving story: ours, and a little bit of theirs too.
The location where P&N Italy operates today has been part of downtown Pécs for over ten years. We took over on October 1, 2024, with the aim of breathing new life into an old, well-known restaurant – while preserving the atmosphere that made it so beloved.
Our story began with a commitment to good taste and honest hospitality. We wanted to create a place where the Mediterranean spirit meets the everyday life of downtown Pécs: where there is time to sit down, arrive, chat, and take a break from the hustle and bustle.
It was important to us to create not just a “new restaurant”, but a space where carefully crafted dishes, Italian inspiration and a friendly, informal atmosphere all tell our story. The homemade dishes, attention to detail and clean, fresh look all reflect this approach.
